Enchanting Events can help with planning and coordinating your wedding, as much or as little as you wish, so that you can have the peace of mind to enjoy your special day. You can choose to have us orchestrate the entire planning process or you can just choose to have us orchestrate your wedding day. You can even just choose to have us provide timely reminders or helpful advice. We will do the research and legwork for you so you can spend more quality time with your fiancé and family. We offer customized packages and a la carte services so you do not have to pay for services you do not require.

A La Carte Services

*         Provide recommendations of wedding professionals

*         Locate and secure the services of wedding professionals who meet your needs

*         Locate unique ceremony and reception sites

*         Prepare a wedding budget with breakdown of expenses

*         Provide tips to stay within budget

*         Coordinate religious ceremony rites, including processionals and recessionals

*         Prepare floor plans for ceremony and reception sites

*         Make travel arrangements for honeymoon

*         Handle accommodations for out-of-town guests

*         Prepare detailed wedding day timetable

*         Assist with menu planning

*         Assist with wording of invitations

*         Explain wedding etiquette and roles of each member in wedding party

*         Locate site for rehearsal dinner

*         Plan bridal shower, bridal luncheon, post-wedding brunch and other activities

*         Walk through of ceremony and reception sites to confirm layout and details

*         Most of all, help relieve stress!

Wedding Day Management Package

If you just require the services of a consultant on the day of your wedding, this package is recommended. Services provided include:

*         Arrange and hold a wrap-up meeting 2 months prior to wedding with client to get copies of contracts of all participating wedding professionals, and to get details of wedding day.

*         Call vendors prior to wedding day to confirm details of service

*         Coordinate and conduct rehearsal

*         Create and provide wedding day timeline to couple and contracted wedding professionals

*         Ensure ceremony and reception flows smoothly

*         Provide bridal emergency kit

Our all-inclusive package includes all the services listed above, including the Wedding Day Management package.

Hourly Consultation

We also provide hourly consultations if you just want to get some advice on planning your wedding, for instance, how to get started in the planning process. (One hour minimum)

Other Services

Besides weddings, we also provide services for birthdays, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, company parties and other special events. Please email or call us for details.
